Javier was born in the Sacred Valley of Peru, in 1990, and his native sensibilities can be found in his artwork.

He began his art journey only a few years ago, when he started studying water color painting with Suzan Gannett, pottery with Annette Morrison, and drawing with Linda Parteneau.

In the past year he has been attending all of Annette Mitchell’s classes offered through Artistic Roots, and has been exploring print making, ink drawing, landscape drawing with soft pastels.

Javier is a member of the Plymouth gallery “Artistic Roots,” and his original watercolors, calendars and notecards are sold there. His artwork is also available at the gallery, “Fired on the Mountain,” in Lincoln, New Hampshire.
